Musician John Egan has a unique sound ranging from traditional country blues to a more modern songwriter style.  He is a masterfully skilled guitar player who uses poetic lyrics and vintage resonator guitars to create an expressive personal music. Often performing solo, Egan’s guitar style includes, in effect, playing bass, lead, and percussion, all at the same time. He says, “the rarefied air where Lightnin’ Hopkins met Townes Van Zandt serves as an inspiration and an ideal.”

Sara Van Buskirk is a Texas-based Songwriter & Musician whose thoughtful lyrics and moving melodies bring the heart to attention.

Houston favorite, Matt Harlan is a troubadour of the first degree, bringing his handcrafted songs to stages across his home state of Texas, the USA and Europe.  Harlan is a winner of multiple songwriting accolades, from outfits like American Songwriter, the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and Billboard. He was named Singer-Songwriter of the Year in the 2013 Texas Music Awards and was featured alongside a stellar cast of characters (Lyle Lovett, Guy Clark) in the documentary, “For the Sake of the Song.”

Sergio Trevino of Buxton, Ancient Cat Society, Guess Genes brings heartfelt sentimental imagery to an undefinable style, ranging from whispering folk to pounding electric synths.

Houston native Nathan Quick belts out his bluesy, raspy growl atop lush boogie/roadhouse guitar rhythms and soaring lead guitar. His sound draws from a vast pool of genres including classic rock and roll, blues and contemporary Americana. He is a multi-Houston Press Music Awards winning singer/songwriter.

Sara Van Buskirk is a folk singer-songwriter and guitarist, very involved in the Houston entertainment industry. She is accompanied by Val Young on cello.
