Rent a Piece of History

Whether planning a wedding reception, birthday party, corporate or charitable event, The Heights Theater will impress your guests with its combination of historic significance and contemporary amenities.  Built as an Art Deco movie house in the 1920’s, The Heights Theater has been transformed to provide a state of the art audio and visual experience while retaining an aura and spirit of the past. The venue can accommodate 125 to 500 guests, depending on the room layout.

The Heights Theater is unparalleled in creating an atmosphere that will provide an exciting and unique experience for your guest to remember. Our in-house talent buyer can assist you in your choice of entertainment if desired. We offer in-house catering from The Heights Theater Kitchen, but outside caterers are permitted for private events as well.

Venue Rental

The Heights Theater is available for rentals seven days a week, schedule permitting.  You may check our show calendar first to determine if a specific date is available.

Rental rates vary based on day of the week, number of hours and type of event.  Walk-throughs are generally offered by appointment.

Private Suites

Want to bring a small group to a specific show?  Ideal for parties of eight to ten, our two suites are the most exclusive performing arts suites in the city. On an elevated platform less than fifty feet from the stage, the sounds and sight lines are unsurpassed. The oversized furniture, original works of art and optional private bar service is equivalent to hosting a performance in your living room.

Note that our Suites are only available for use during a full rental or during a regularly scheduled Heights Theater concert.

Reserved Gallery

“The Gallery” is the balcony of the The Heights Theater that offers 25-125 guests a semi private party experience. The area surrounds the stage area from an elevated position offering unobstructed site lines from as close as 10 feet. The Gallery guest also has use of the adjacent lounge space. Featuring over-sized furniture, original works of art, a private bar area and a dedicated bartender, the area is the perfect place to set up the buffet and entertain before, during and after the big event.

The Gallery space is not rented separately from the main facility for private parties – it is available for use during a full rental or for a semi-private gathering during a regularly scheduled Heights Theater concert.
